Register a Team
Welcome!
The registration process consists of three steps:
Step 1: Register a Team
A. Completing the "Register a Team" Form
The contact person must first complete the “Register a Team” form. The contact person should be someone in direct contact with the team, such as a coach or a team member.
The “Register a Team” form is used to register the university’s intention to participate in the IntLaw Moot and to provide the contact details through which the Directorate will communicate with the team.
B. Completing the “Team Composition” Form
After the “Register a Team” form has been submitted, and only once all team members (students and coaches) have been selected, the contact person must complete the “Team Composition” form.
The “Team Composition” form is used to identify the students and coaches who will participate in the IntLaw Moot on behalf of the registered university.
The “Team Composition” form may be submitted at any time after the “Register a Team” form has been submitted and before the registration deadline.
To ensure that all student participants are eligible, please refer to Section III of the I Edition Rules.
Step 2: Complete Payment of the Registration Fee
The applicable registration fee is determined by reference to the income classification of the country where the university is located, based on the World Bank Group country income classifications.
During the registration period, the contact person will receive payment instructions by email. Payment may be made at any time between the completion of the "Register a Team" form and the registration deadline.
Step 3: Access the IntLaw Moot Portal
Once the “Register a Team” form and the “Team Composition” form have been submitted, and the payment of the registration fee has been confirmed, all registered team members (students and coaches) will receive an invitation to access the IntLaw Moot Portal.
Through the IntLaw Moot Portal, teams will be able to interact with the platform, submit memorials, access procedural information, check hearing schedules, and receive further updates.
Before registering a team, please read the IntLaw Moot Rules carefully. For any questions, kindly contact the Directorate at directorate@intlawmoot.org.
