ABOUT THE MOOT CASE PANEL

The Moot Case Panel is responsible for drafting the Moot Problem and Procedural Development for each edition of the IntLaw Investment Arbitration Moot.

Composed of brilliant young practitioners, the Moot Case Panel is assisted by the Directorate, the Editorial Board, and the Technical Experts Board in developing materials that reflect the legal complexity and practical realities of investment arbitration.
